You want to resolve problems—not just change them.
Maybe you’ve spent years trying to manage anxiety, relationship conflict, emotional overwhelm, or patterns that seem to repeat no matter how much you want things to be different. You may find yourself wondering, Why do I react this way? Where did this come from? Why can’t things “stay good”? Why do I keep ending up here?
You’re not looking for someone to simply tell you what to do. You want to understand yourself more deeply—how your experiences, relationships, and past have shaped the way you see yourself and connect with others. Whether you’re coming to therapy on your own or with a partner, you’re ready to look beneath the surface, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin healing the parts of yourself and your relationship that feel stuck.
Therapy can be a space to explore where your patterns came from without being defined by them—and to develop a deeper understanding of who you are, what you need, and who you want to become.

Meet Grace Judd, LAMFT
It’s nice to meet you! My name is Grace, the heart and soul behind Attuned Loom counseling. I am a licensed associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) in Arizona.
My approach combines attachment-based and trauma-informed therapy with evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EFT, Gottman Method, CBT, and DBT
My mission is to supporting healing by helping people look at the whole picture.
I believe that every experience—joyful or painful—is a thread in the tapestry of who you are. Each thread tells a story, woven through connection, pain, challenge, resilience, and growth. Sometimes those threads become tangled or worn, leaving us feeling disconnected from ourselves or others.
Through attunement, empathy, education, and reframing, I help people explore the patterns and experiences that have shaped them, and work to reweave them into something stronger, more balanced, and more aligned with who they want to be.
This is a supervised private practice. It is owned and/or managed by a master’s level, non-independent licensee under Board-approved clinical supervision pursuant to A.A.C. R4-6-217. The Board-approved clinical supervisor of this practice is:

Therapy Services
You may have become very good at getting through the day while still feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or exhausted underneath it all. Therapy can help you understand what your anxiety or depression may be communicating rather than simply trying to make the symptoms disappear.
Explore how past experiences may still influence the way you see yourself, navigate relationships, and respond to the world, so you can heal what remains unresolved. Together, we can make sense of what you've carried, build a deeper understanding of yourself, and create space for meaningful healing and change.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidenced-based modality for deeper trauma processing. EMDR can help you process distressing experiences that continue to feel present, allowing you to develop a different relationship with the memories, emotions, and beliefs connected to them.
Beneath arguments are often deeper needs, fears, attachment wounds, and protective patterns that neither partner fully understands. Couples therapy can help you slow down the cycle, understand what is happening beneath it, and develop a more secure and connected way of relating to one another.
Children and teens don't always have the words to explain what they're feeling or why they're struggling. Therapy gives them a safe, developmentally appropriate space to understand their emotions, experiences, and relationships while building skills for navigating life's challenges.
I also work collaboratively with parents to better understand what a child may be communicating through their behavior and how to support meaningful change at home.
Explore the patterns, expectations, and experiences you each bring into your relationship so you can build a stronger foundation for the life you want to create together.
I utilize the Prepare&Enrich™ assessment to assist my premarital couples in identifying areas of strength as well as opportunities for growth, and applying evidence-based tools for deeper communication and collaboration
