Session Fees
Initial 60-minute assessment and treatment planning session — $175
Ongoing 50-minute therapy session — $150
Reduced Rate Options
Reduced rates may be available for first responders, educators, and their families.

Insurance & Payment
This is a private-pay practice and insurance is not accepted.
Payment is due at the time of each session. All major debit/credit cards, cash and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
Upon request, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
This policy helps maintain consistency in scheduling and allows appointment times to be offered to other clients when possible.
